Now you can shop online and collect your order in-store. (Klang Valley, Penang & JB)
For all online purchase, pick-up in store orders will be processed within 72 hours and stored in a save place. Customer will be able to come and collect the items after 3 days.

Cancellation Order
Ordered from Online Purchase, pick-up in store can be cancelled within 24 hours. E-mail us at nrm_ec-inquiry@nitori.my with your order number and state your reason for cancellation. A refund will be processed accordingly.
Buy Online, Pick-up in Store
Step 1: Choose "Pick-up" delivery method at the checkout page during proceed to payment.
Step 2: You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number.
Step 3: Please wait for the 2nd email to notify you that your order is ready to collect. You can collect your order at Klang Valley, Penang & JB Nitori Stores between 11:00am – 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, at our service counter.
Email will be sent out after 72 hours. Please call our customer service if you would like to postpone the pickup dates.
