[Handling precautions]
・ Do not cut hard objects such as fish bones, crabs, pumpkins, and frozen foods.
・ Do not use on hard objects such as metal and stone.
・Do not twist the blade from side to side or use it with impact, as this may cause chipping, breaking, cracking, or bending of the edge.
・Do not expose the blade to fire or put it close to the fire.
・ Do not place near fire. It may cause the pattern to be deformed or discolored.
・If you press the back of the knife hard with your hand, put a cloth over the back of the knife.
・It is recommended that you sharpen it once or twice a month. Good sharpness will be maintained. (A simple sharpening tool can be used)
・Do not use bleach, as it may cause rusting and deterioration.
・If the cutting edge is rusty, re-sharpen it.

【取り扱い上のご注意】
・魚の骨やカニ、かぼちゃ、冷凍食品などの硬いものを切らないでください。
・金属や石などの硬いものの上では使用しないでください。
・左右にこじったり、衝撃を伴う使用はさけてください。刃欠け、折れ、割れ、刃先の曲がる原因になります。
・刀身を直接火であぶったり、近づけたりしないでください。
・火のそばに置かないでください。柄が変形、変色する原因になります。
・包丁の背を手で強く押さえるときは、背に布をあてるなどして調理してください。
・月に1～2回は研ぐようにしてください。よい切れ味が持続します。(簡易砥ぎ器が使用できます。)
・漂白剤のご使用はお止めください。さびや変質の原因になります。
・刃先がさびたときは研ぎ直してください。
