The page description for this product did not clearly state that this table must be purchased with the electrically reclinable single seater sofa. I bought this side table and now realised that I had purchased a WHITE Elephant since I cannot use this side table on a standalone basis without the designated single seater sofa that this table is designed to be used with. Shame on you, Nitori for not flagging out this incompatibility issue at the very beginning. I am a frequent buyer of Nitori furnitue, but after this disappointing episode I will look elsewhere for good quality furniture for the working office at home. BeWare when you decide to buy this side table, and do NOT be duped into buying it.

Side Table for Reclining Sofa - TABLE LE01-2 MBR

A very good and sturdy swing table BUT buyers must be reminded that it is designed to fit Nitori Reclining Sofa. I installed it onto a Lazy Boy and there is not sufficient height clearance for the armrest hence it can only swing forward and sideways but cannot swing in when seated on the sofa.
Overall, very good design, construction and quality.
