NITORI Malaysia STAY-N-COOL Creator Open Call 2

 Eligibility Requirements

To participate, creators must meet all of the following:

• Have at least 10,000 followers
• Already follow @nitorimalaysia on all social media platforms they are active on
  (Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok)
• Accounts must be public (non‑private)
• Be 21 years old and above
• Live in West Malaysia
• Be able to pick up the product from one of our West Malaysia stores
• Integrate our products in your daily life; Have a storyline that shows how N-Cool bedding products integrate seamlessly into your lifestyle
• Include a thumbnail (video cover) that has product in frame and title text

 Content Requirements

Selected creators will be required to:

• Create one video (30–90 seconds) or Posts 
• Post the video on their own social media account
• Tag @nitorimalaysia
• Add NITORI as a collaborator where the platform allows (e.g. Instagram)
• Include the following hashtags:
  #NITORIMY #NITORIandMe #NITORI_StayNCool #Sponsored

*Bedding provided will be according to the creator's preferred bed size

Creators must:

• Redeem and collect the products from any West Malaysia NITORI store
• Create, edit, and publish the video by 20 July 2026

 Important Dates

• Application deadline: 22 June 2026 (11:45PM)
• Notification of selection: By 29 June 2026 (via email*)
• Content completion deadline: 20 July 2026 (draft by 10 July 2026)

*Only selected creators will be notified via email

 Selection & Conditions

• Only 5 creators will be selected
• Selection is based on:
  • Number of followers
  • Content niche
  • Overall eligibility
• Limited to 1 redemption per person
• Products are not exchangeable, refundable, or convertible to cash

If a creator violates any rules (e.g. altering agreed content, deleting the post before the required date, or submitting incorrect information), NITORI reserves the right to:

• Reclaim the free gift (to be returned in good condition), OR
• Charge the creator the full original retail price of the products

By participating, creators agree that NITORI may post or repost the content (with credit) on our social media platforms during the campaign and for future promotions.
